Our desire is to assist underserved communities and individuals that have been unserved historically in resolving their family issues.
We provide high quality service to individuals that can not afford attorneys, unable to maintain an attorney, and/or those who would like to avoid as much as possible interaction within the Family Court system. Liz Evonne Dispute Resolution Services, LLC (LEDRS) mission is to provide peaceful dispute resolutions and positive quality conflict management resources for people, communities, and organizations that are unserved.
LEDRS A P P R O A C H
Facilitative & Elements of Transformative
Impartiality and self-determination of the parties is key to any mediation that LEDRS seeks to "facilitate" in assisting the parties in reaching a mutually agreeable resolution. Our founder desires that agreements that are made are based on information and understanding from the parties perspectives. We focus on the needs and interests of each party. In addition to facilitative method, we also incorporate elements of transformative approach. We believe that relationships can be transformed in some way. We encourage resolutions from the parties.
A B O U T OUR FOUNDER
Elizabeth Stewart-Williams, MDR
I have a passion for people and due to such passion, I have dedicated my life to service. I hold a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma. I also possess a Master's in Dispute Resolution (MDR) from Pepperdine Law. I am a Mediator and Facilitator in the areas of family, community, and organizations specializing in high-conflict cases. I am also an Ombudsman with various small businesses and Non-Profits. I created a pilot ombudsman program "Family Court Ombudsman" to assist families who are going through family court and are having issues within the Court system. Due to my personal experience and professional work within Family Court, I was called to establish LEDRS to help families.
