Family Arbitration Services are coming soon! Arbitration is a private process where disputing parties agree that one or several individuals can make a decision after receiving evidence and arguments. This is not mediation.  This is not a court but an alternate dispute resolution service that parties agree and adhere to in order to resolve conflict. We will be offering this service specifically for underserved communities that have individuals who want to avoid the Family Court system, and/or those who can not afford to maintain an attorney for court services who need to represent themselves. This service is a flat rate service.
