Return Terms & Conditions Paid deposits of Conflict and Dispute Resolution Services can be refunded 48 hours up to the time of the scheduled introductory meeting. After 48 hours, $100 will be available for refund from the deposit. If services have been completely paid, and mediation has not occurred then a refund will be provided minus the deposit. If mediation has occurred a refund will not be available, even it parties decide to end the mediation process during the mediation. Digital products, which are purchased including PDF downloads, online content, resource material, and intangible products are not eligible for return. The purchase is deemed used after download or opening and is not available for refund. In the event a dispute shall arise, it is agreed by purchase of this service that the dispute shall participate in at least four hours of mediation in accordance with with mediation procedures of United States Arbitration & Mediation. The parties agree to share equally in the costs of mediation.
