Christian Dispute Resolution Services are tailored for Christians who want to follow scripture (1 Corinthians 6:1-11) and avoid going to court against another Christian. Services are tailored to address issues and conflict in a Biblical format and process that is throughly explained and agreed upon. These services are meant to assist Christians who do not want and/or can afford an attorney, but still want to effectively spiritually and physically establish an agreement. Scheduling this session provides information on establishing services to address disputes and conflicts. Services arranged generally includes per party: (1) introductory online meeting, (1) pre-mediation conferences, mediation (4 hours). But services will be tailored and agreed upon by both parties before the process begins, so no surprises. Schedule your session today.

Paid Services Services offered are for conflict and dispute resolution purposes and is maintained and offered by LEDRS. The payment of the paid service is for conflict and dispute resolution services decided by freewill and it is understood and agreed that services will be completed and fulfilled by LEDRS. Return Terms & Conditions Paid deposits of Conflict and Dispute Resolution Services can be refunded 48 hours up to the time of the scheduled introductory meeting. After 48 hours, $100 will be available for refund from the deposit. If services have been completely paid, and mediation has not occurred then a refund will be provided minus the deposit. If mediation has occurred a refund will not be available, even it parties decide to end the mediation process during the mediation. Digital products, which are purchased including PDF downloads, online content, resource material, and intangible products are not eligible for return. The purchase is deemed used after download or opening and is not available for refund. In the event a dispute shall arise, it is agreed by purchase of this service that the dispute shall participate in at least four hours of mediation in accordance with with mediation procedures of United States Arbitration & Mediation. The parties agree to share equally in the costs of mediation.
