This Conflict & Dispute Resolution Services is tailored for families and communities who desire to avoid fighting in court. Also tailored for those who are unable to afford an attorney but want to effectively resolve their conflicts or disputes by written enforceable agreement. ~These services are specifically for those who have not hired or possess an attorney. The fee represents the complete process for all parties involved. There is an initial deposit paid online and the remainder fee is collected after the introductory online meeting. Fees include an introductory online meeting, all preparation time, (2) pre-mediation conferences, mediation (4hrs) and administrative expenses. If additional time over the allotted 4 hours is needed for mediation, then we discuss agreed additional time and verify any additional cost if needed, there are no surprises in pay. Arrangements for on-site in-person locations are accommodated but there may be an additional charge for travel time and all travel considerations.

Paid Services Services offered are for conflict and dispute resolution purposes and is maintained and offered by LEDRS. The payment of the paid service is for conflict and dispute resolution services decided by freewill and it is understood and agreed that services will be completed and fulfilled by LEDRS. Return Terms & Conditions Paid deposits of Conflict and Dispute Resolution Services can be refunded 48 hours up to the time of the scheduled introductory meeting. After 48 hours, $100 will be available for refund from the deposit. If services have been completely paid, and mediation has not occurred then a refund will be provided minus the deposit. If mediation has occurred a refund will not be available, even it parties decide to end the mediation process during the mediation. Digital products, which are purchased including PDF downloads, online content, resource material, and intangible products are not eligible for return. The purchase is deemed used after download or opening and is not available for refund. In the event a dispute shall arise, it is agreed by purchase of this service that the dispute shall participate in at least four hours of mediation in accordance with with mediation procedures of United States Arbitration & Mediation. The parties agree to share equally in the costs of mediation.
